How to support your employees

Questions your employees ask most often

To help you respond to your employees’ questions, here are the most frequently asked questions, along with suggested answers you can provide.

In addition, the saver area of this website has been enhanced to offer both educational and practical information on employee savings. The mobile app also provides access to many features.

Whatever the question, please note that a dedicated telephone helpline for employees is also available. Our call agents can be reached 5 days a week, from 8:30am to 6:00pm, on 0969 320 402 (cost of a standard call). Employees can also submit their question via the Mon épargne salariale mobile app* or via their Personal Space online, under the “Need help” section.

*The tools and telephone helpline service are provided by Natixis Interépargne.

How do I log in to the secure saver area?

First-time login

1- Receive an activation email
Your employees should have received an email containing their company number and server code, or a temporary password. If they can’t find this email, they can contact the telephone helpline* on 0969 320 402.

2- Activate the account
Your employees can access their Personal Space using their login details (company number + server code) or using their email address and temporary password.

3- Set your password
Your employees must personalise their password to activate their account. They also need to complete their profile: mobile number, bank details, and update their email address if applicable.

*The tools and telephone helpline service are provided by Natixis Interépargne.

How can I unlock my savings?

Your employees’ savings are locked in for a minimum of 5 years under the PEE, and until retirement under the PERCO and PERCOL. However, there are cases of early release that allow employees to access their savings before the maturity date while keeping the associated benefits (to find out more, see: What are the cases for early release?)

Employees can therefore request repayment of their available or unavailable holdings if they qualify for an early release event.

Early release requests can be submitted via their Personal Space* or the Mon épargne salariale mobile app*, under Transactions > Request a repayment. The list of supporting documents to provide is available after selecting the reason for the early release.

*The tools and telephone helpline service are provided by Natixis Interépargne.

What are the cases for early release?

There are 9 early release events under the PEE, 5 under the PERCO, and 6 under the PER. The full list of events is available on the page Make your plans a reality – build up savings – unlock your savings.

How do I make a contribution?

Your employees can make one-off or scheduled contributions by bank card, bank transfer or direct debit from their bank account (depending on the scheme offered by the company) via their Personal Space* or the mobile app*.

They can also learn about the benefits of voluntary contributions by visiting the page: Manage your savings – Why make voluntary contributions?

*The associated tools and services are provided by Natixis Interépargne.

I’ve had a change in my personal circumstances — what should I do?

If your employees’ circumstances change (marital status, address, bank details, etc.), they need to report it.

They can update their personal information in their Personal Space* under Services > settings.

They can also make changes via the Mon épargne salariale mobile app*.

*The associated tools and services are provided by Natixis Interépargne.

How can I optimise my company’s matching contribution?

Depending on your company’s scheme, employees can view their matching contribution tracker in their secure online space, directly from the homepage. This tracker shows the portion of matching contributions they’ve already received since the start of the year, as well as the remaining potential amount they could still receive. This helps them optimise their contributions in line with the matching rules in place at your company, which are also shown in that section.

Which investment options can I invest in?

Under your employee savings scheme(s), you offer access to a range of investment options from which your employees can choose. The list of available funds, along with their documentation, is available in your employees’ secure online space.

In addition, an “investor profile” simulator is available on this website. It helps employees ask the right questions and assess the level of risk they’re willing to accept based on their investment horizon. This enables them to determine an asset allocation that matches their investor profile.

How do I make a complaint?

You can find detailed information in the website section Complaints handling.

My account has been transferred to the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC). How can I recover my holdings?

For employees who haven’t carried out any transactions or otherwise made themselves known for a total period of 10 years (or if the account holder has been deceased for more than 3 years), the account is deemed inactive, liquidated and then transferred to the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC), in accordance with the law on dormant bank accounts and unclaimed life insurance policies (known as the Eckert Law No. 2014-617).

However, these holdings aren’t lost. For employees (or their beneficiaries) to obtain repayment, certain steps are required. They can be completed online via the dedicated website: https://ciclade.caissedesdepots.fr/ or by post to: Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations
Service de restitution des avoirs en déshérence
56 rue de Lille
75007 PARIS

For any information relating to inactive accounts and the CDC, you can also direct your employees to the telephone helpline* on 0969 320 402.
