The beneficiary must not:
have claimed their pension under a mandatory old-age insurance scheme, and have held an employment contract or a corporate mandate for at least two years following the non-renewal or revocation of their corporate mandate

Supporting documents, depending on your situation Expiry of the beneficiary’s unemployment insurance rights: certificate from Pôle emploi specifying the date when rights ended, and beneficiary’s sworn statement confirming the expiry of their unemployment insurance rights End of the beneficiary’s corporate mandate: minutes from the decision-making body confirming non-renewal or revocation of the mandate, and beneficiary’s sworn statement confirming they have not claimed their pension under a mandatory old-age insurance scheme, and that they have not held an employment contract or a corporate mandate for at least two years following the non-renewal or revocation of their corporate mandate
