Receipt of registration of the transfer with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) and amended statutes or deed of transfer

For a child: family record book
For a spouse: extract from the marriage certificate in the family record book
For a civil partner (PACS): extract from the birth certificate with mention of the PACS declaration
Note: In a European Union member country: translation into French of the supporting documentation issued by the European authorities
