Reimbursement of all assets directly to the heirs: certificate of inheritance issued by the town hall of the deceased’s last residence (if the capital is less than €5,336), or certificate of notoriety issued by the notary (if the capital is greater than €5,336), and extract from the death certificate in the family record book, and if there are multiple adult heirs: certificate of “porte-fort” (authorizing one heir to act on behalf of others), and if there is at least one minor heir: approval from the family court judge
