Disability

Triggering events Disability of the beneficiary, their children, spouse, or the person linked to the beneficiary by a PACS (Civil Union)
Main conditions Recognition of Disability by:
Social Security, provided the disability is classified as Category 2 or 3 (Article L.341-4 of the Social Security Code), The CDAPH (Commission for the Rights and Autonomy of Persons with Disabilities), provided the disability rating is at least 80% and the person with the disability does not engage in any professional activity (note: this second case does not apply to the Collective Company PE PEE – PEG – PEI / Profit-Sharing / Collective Company PER: withdrawals can be renewed for the entire duration of the disability.
