Energy renovation work on main residence

| Rights related to fund release | Rights acquired before the triggering event: - Profit-sharing, incentive bonuses (and any matching contributions) allocated to the saver and relating to financial years closed as of the date of the triggering event. - For other contributions (and any matching contributions), only the assets recorded in the account as of the date of the triggering event are eligible for release. |
| Supporting documents, depending on your situation | Paid invoice or accepted, dated, and signed estimates related to the energy renovation work on the property, specifying the amounts and the nature of the work And the relevant forms such as “entreprise individuel action métropole,” “Entreprise Performance Globale,” “Entreprise Assainissement (métropole et Dom),” “Entreprise réalisation d'une ou plusieurs actions de rénovation énergétique (Outre-mer),” and/or “Entreprise Performance Globale (Outre-mer),” completed by professionals, or proof of MaPrimeRénov’ grant allocation If a loan is involved: The loan offer or a financing plan from the credit institution, which must specify: - The purpose of the loan, - The location of the work, - The loan amount, - The amount of public aid, - The amount of employee savings to be included in the calculation of the personal contribution. - The amount of early release from employee savings cannot exceed the personal contribution (the personal contribution can therefore be fully financed by the employee’s savings) And a sworn statement by which the beneficiary commits to providing supporting documents and, if necessary, to returning the released funds should the event not occur If no loan is involved: - A sworn statement from the employee must be attached to the release request, indicating that the released funds are intended to finance energy renovation work in their primary residence. |

| Excluded events (non-exhaustive list) | Work carried out by the individual themselves is not permitted. The work must be carried out by qualified professionals who are “Recognised as Environmental Guarantors” (RGE), and these professionals must also supply the materials. |
