Supporting documents, depending on your situation The request is sent to Natixis Interepargne by:
the account holder (this first case applies only to the Collective Retirement Saving Plan (PERCOL)). a final conventional recovery plan and notification letter from the Over-indebtedness Commission approving the plan
or
a summary of validated measures and notification letter from the Over-indebtedness Commission regarding the application of imposed measures. the President of the Over-indebtedness Commission for individuals or the Judge. a request from the Over-indebtedness Commission, or from the local court / judicial court, specifying the amount to be released
